play astral heron in your akali deck, this card is gross | Riftbound Vendetta

last week @FrodanRB posted a video session with collin kaiser going over the akali deck. the most exciting card i saw was astral heron (aka big bird). the cost reduction letting you play things like falling star for free is very amazing and the big body helps cover one of akali's biggest weaknesses - the inability to hold so naturally, i had to battle against @samdsherman and he played none other than shen, akali's mentor and leader of the kinkou order. +1 for lore accuracy watch me live: www.twitch.tv/anzidmtg hear me yap: www.twitter.com/anzidmtg decklists: - Akali: piltoverarchive.com/decks/view/80f21f52-a8f5-4bf1-8a51-301c6… - Shen: piltoverarchive.com/decks/view/65ac8e7e-675f-4e9c-84a9-08582… check out the $15k team trios event at breach the bay 2 on 8/22: breachthebay.com/riftbound
